Shipping Policy

Trusted Wellness products can be shipped anywhere in the United States where Hemp Derived CBD and other cannabinoids are legal. In the event that USPS shows “Proof of Delivery” to the address provided, and no signature was requested, we do not replace missing products. All orders are shipped Mon – Sat and the cut-off is 2:45 pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend are processed either Saturday or the following business day. We do not ship on Federal Holidays.

Once shipped: A confirmation number and tracking number will be sent to you via USPS. Check your spam folder if you do not see the tracking information in your regular inbox.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We ship to some countries, but not all, due to the various laws surrounding CBD and minor cannabinoids. All International orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are an international customer, ensure you know all the laws and customs requirements BEFORE ordering. We are not responsible for your order once it leaves our warehouse. There are no returns, refunds, or replacements. We suggest using a customs broker for safe delivery.

All products ship from our fulfillment center. When you order from us, your products are shipped directly by us, ensuring accuracy and proper packing. If there is an “Act of God” (weather delays), we do not reimburse shipping costs, as we are not reimbursed by our shipping carrier for these reasons. We strive to ship your order quickly but once it leaves our facility, we cannot control its journey or speed. If you do not receive everything you ordered, you have 48 hours to contact us with a picture of the original packaging, a copy of the packing slip, and all products that were in your order.

Contact your sales associate if your order does not arrive promptly. If you do not have a sales associate and ordered from our website, please contact trustedwellness1@gmail.com within 2 weeks of placing your order. If we shipped your product and tracking shows it was delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for replacing your order if you did not receive it.

Quality Assurance is crucial to us. Your order arrives 3rd party lab tested and guaranteed fresh.

Can I pick up my product at your facility?

Yes, your order can be picked up at Trusted Wellness, 1545 Main St., Sarasota, FL 34236. Schedule a pickup time with your sales associate to ensure your order is ready upon arrival. Check your order for accuracy BEFORE leaving our facility. Issues can be resolved immediately. We are not responsible for any damage or loss once you leave our facility. No refunds once you have possession.

Return & Refund Policy

By making a purchase on soothingsolutionscbd.com you are demonstrating a clear understanding that you are purchasing products containing Hemp Derived CBD or other cannabinoids. Check your state about the legality of purchasing any product on our websites, including rare and minor cannabinoids that may not be legal in your state. You must be 21 to purchase products on our website. IF we decide to refund an order that is unopened and unused there will be a 20% restocking fee charged before a refund is processed.

All sales are final and there are no refunds for wholesale orders or any edible product.. The only circumstance when we will provide a replacement is if we did not ship the product you ordered. A return label will be provided to send back the unopened and unused items and once received, we will send you the correct products.

You have 48 hours to notify us if you received the wrong product. Email trustedwellness1@gmail.com to let us know including a picture of the products you received, your packing slip, and original packaging.

We provide a thorough product description, ingredients for each product, and a 3rd Party COA for our products, so there should be no confusion as to what you are ordering. If you order the wrong product, we are not responsible for replacing it.

We do not have a money back guarantee since CBD and all cannabinoids affect everyone differently. Your experience may not be the same as someone else’s.

Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Always check with your healthcare provider before taking a new supplement.

If your product is damaged in shipping, please take a picture or video of the original packaging and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving your product. A determination will then be made after we review the situation.
