Really doesn’t take but a little quarter size dollop to ease serious pain in my neck. I work at a desk and I get bad cramps. I have tried everything from the way I sleep to strength training and medicine but this is one of the only things that works. Yoga helps but this salve is the real helper. Smells great, no funny odor. My wife even like the smell if it. I recommend rubbing it into an area and not having clothes put on that area for about 45 minutes so it really fully gets into the skin. You will not be disappointed.

I rub this on my hands at night and let the balm go to work in the morning my hand pain is zero. The nurse at the hospital told me about it and I ordered it that night it came in just a few days.
